NETWORK ENGINEERS
* Directs personnel and provides oversite for technical review. * Leads team in project review and assignment for engineering element. * Leads team to ensure design and baseline for EDME environment modification to support new capability development. Modifications could include COTS upgrade and associated application changes, HW & COTS SW additions, or technology refreshes. * Creates engineering designs and documentation which includes: environment drawings, HW/SW mappings, network configurations, logical and physical operational models, logical and physical network overview drawing, logical and physical network planning database, COTS configuration specifications, operational support artifacts. * Ensures program deliverables by managing and resolving deployment and operation dependencies including change request management, configuration management, and asset management. * Oversees high quality delivery through independent verification of environment infrastructure and completion criteria establishment & verification.
Required * Bachelors Degree * At least 4 years experience in Network Architecture * At least 4 years experience in CISCO routers and switches 6500 * At least 4 years experience in PIX and CSM * At least 4 years experience in Juniper * At least 4 years experience in Foundry MLX * At least 4 years experience in F5 Load Balancers * Readiness to travel up to 25%; traveling 2 days a week, home on weekends * U.S. citizenship required * English: Fluent
Preferred * At least 5 years experience in CISSP, CCNP, CCNA * Security clearance of US Customs Clearance - Active
