Description
Phacil has an anticipated need for a Network Project Manager to support an important government customer in Washington D.C. Scope Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure operations support project. Project would provide support to government customer users in hundreds of locations and over 20 networks globally. Program shall consist of IT help desk support services. Program shall also provide better management controls (Configuration Management, Risk Management, Asset Inventory and Management),adherence to Industry Best Practices aligned to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 that includes active systems testing, proactive systems monitoring, trend and pattern analysis, and preemptive response. Program shall also include technical improvements with innovative technical solutions to operate with greater operational support. Contractor shall provide technical, administrative and operational support services for government customer Server Management Infrastructure supporting the full lifecycle of server deployment, operations and applications systems across agency. The scope of this lifecycle support includes system installation ("server builds"), configuration, administration, maintenance, upgrade, enhancement, monitoring, backup/restore and management of customer's operation and application systems. This will require implementation of Service Level Agreements / Performance Standards for 24 hour X 7 day technical support.
