Network and Systems support to employees in person and over the phone for all internal software applications and their required hardware.

• Analyze and independently identify complex hardware and/or software problems with user’s data, equipment, applications, processes, and operating systems. 70% • Exercise independent judgment to determine the appropriate course of action to be taken based on the analysis performed and all possible solutions. 40% • Take the appropriate course of action to remedy problems and issues identified. 40% Qualifications:
Required: PC, Network & Server trouble shooting skills o Understanding of network technologies to included TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and WINS o Versed in Microsoft Operating Systems and applications o Excellent English language oral and written communication skills Microsoft certifications, MCP, MCSE, or CCNA required.
Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other IT-related field, Citrix certification, and experience with VPN clients and firewalls preferred.
