Description: ? Provides support to end users on a variety of telecommunications issues. ? Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. ? Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. ? Documents, tracks, and monitors incidents to ensure a timely resolution. ? Schedule service requests and orders for telecommunications network changes. ? Requires knowledge of and experience with telecommunications technology including but not limited to: telephones, cell phones, smart-phone, BlackBerry/RIM, VoIP, other supported wireless devices and peripherals. ? Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the telecommunications field with the ability to use analysis tools for the purpose of network tuning. ? Front line customer service capabilities with approximately 1-2 years of experience in the network/telecommunications field or related area. ? Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the telecommunications field. ? Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
