Position Overview:
You will lead and manage a highly visible software project to develop and launch an innovative platform based patient monitoring solution to be used in hospital environments, and utilizing current technologies.

Leading a cross functional team distributed in multiple locations, you will ensure stakeholder alignment, establish and meet project milestones, identify conflicts or issues and develop solutions related to resources, scope and schedule.
Your utilization of Lean product development principles and sprint / scrum methods has helped product development teams to meet budget, schedule, scope and quality requirements.
Your understanding of project management principles enables you to build a solid project plan with a firm foundation to iterate from, identify priority issues, and effectively mitigate risk with cross functional teams comprised of Engineering, Test, Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, Clinical, Service, Product Data Management (Documentation Control), Customer Care, Technical Publications, Sourcing, Finance, and Legal.
Your understanding of object oriented programming principles, development languages, and configuration management tools enable collaboration with software technical managers. Required Background:
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams on software development projects in a regulated environment is required. Experience with medical device, medical IT, central station monitoring, and/or hospital wireless networks strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Agile development principles, configuration management tools, processes, and latent defect tracking is also essential. Familiarity with FDA design controls a plus.
A BS degree and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional new product development projects is essential for success, along with an ability to lead by influence, and establish credibility with internal and external customers to meet deadlines and deliverables.
