NMIC Senior Policy Analyst/Deputy Program Manager (TS/SCI) Suitland, MD PARSONS/McMunn Associates, Inc. Parsons makes the world a safer place. Parsons is seeking to fill a NMIC Senior Policy Analyst/Deputy Program Manager position. The incumbent will provide support to the National Maritime Intelligence Center's Interagency Advisory Group. Responsible for coordination and meeting oversight to include set-up, meeting minutes, and dissemination. The candidate will also be required to oversee the daily operations at the National Maritime Intelligence Center for all Parsons' employees and act on behalf of the PM in his/her absence.
Employee must be a professional with the ability to interact in high stress environment. The incumbent will be required to meet and interact with high-level officials, civilians, and military personnel. Proven experience briefing senior leaders and professional/technical writing. Previous management experience and writing experience is a must. The candidate will be required to update existing files and catalog information on Civil Maritime Sharepoint Site, as well as assist in building an Access based tracking log.
Qualifications: - 6 yrs. Experience in the IC or military
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially power point)
- Familiarity with the Interagency and the Intelligence Community
- Master's Degree preferred
- TS/SCI required
- Proficiency with Sharepoint and Access
- Program Management experience, PMP Certification expected within 2 months of hire
