Operating the best call centers in the industry, Pitney Bowes Mailing Systems is looking to enhance our Neenah Call Center with a dynamic professional. The On-Call Call Customer Care Service Representative/Hardware Support Associate is responsible for supplying over the phone diagnostic support and repair of customer equipment. These positions will interact with our team of associates, providing top-notch customer support, resolving problems for both external and internal clients and processing revenue related transactions.
THIS IS A FLEXIBLE ON-CALL POSITION! WILL WORK AROUND SCHOOL AND OTHER SCHEDULES!
The hours are based around business needs . THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEED 40 HOUR PER/WEEK POSITION.
The hours will fall between 7 am and 6 pm Monday-Friday. Casual work environment!

* Call Center experience preferred. *
COMP TIA A Certification, a similar degree, OR equivalent work experience such as entry level IT professional or PC Service Technician preferred. *
Ability to work flexible hours as needed Monday - Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. * Candidate should be hardware specific. * Proven organizational skills. * Strong track record in the area of customer service. * Possess mechanical aptitude and versed in electromechanical and software applications. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel), installing software, pc interfacing, diagnosing software and hardware disconnects, systems operations, Microsoft Outlook and Internet. * Superior interpersonal skills and attention to detail. * Excellent oral/written communication and on the spot problem solving skills. * Driven to listen and guide others. * Proficient in systems integration and remote diagnostic repairs. * Courtesy, patience and analytical abilities are required to handle customer concerns. * Assertive, self-directed and motivated. * Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, printer and software usage necessary. * Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
