RESPONSIBILITIES: - Be the new voice of NVIDIA to our thousands of passionate enthusiasts - Write, edit, and produce content for an exciting, upcoming NVIDIA website targeted at enthusiast gamers, focusing on in-depth game content and the latest 3D technology - Gather, filter, and present the best content from game developers, communities, news agencies, technology sites. - Produce game tweaking guides, technology overviews, and other relevant content that feed the voracious appetites of PC gamers - Work closely with our world class developer relations team to ensure the latest PC games are given full exposure on the website - Take the lead in generating new ideas that will define and redefine the site for many years to come
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - The ideal candidate is an excellent writer, highly creative, idea driven, with a fine eye for detail, and able to pull together others and execute on deadlines - A first-rate technical writer/editor with 3 years+ industry experience, preferably passionate and knowledgeable about the 3D games and the 3D graphics space - In-depth knowledge of GPUs and related technologies such as PhysX and CUDA - Good exposure and understanding of 3D games and rendering techniques - Able to lucidly explain terms such as anisotropic filtering, ambient occlusion, global illumination etc. - Excellent judgment on the needs, desires, and mood of the GeForce community - A superior organizer who is able to convert lofty ideas to concrete plans and actions - Intimate knowledge of PC industry and PC enthusiasts highly desired - Fluent in Photoshop, HTML tools, and web content management systems such as Documentum - Bachelors Degree preferred, especially in a computing related field. - Management experience is a plus
