Technology Associates is always looking for exceptional individuals to join our team. We are currently building our candidate bench of Operation Analysts. Summary:In a team environment, provides testing and evaluation analysis services to support Technology Associates Client(s). Management Scope:This position has no direct reports. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelors of Science Degree in Operations Research or a related field. * Work experience in technical field * Knowledge of statistics and statistical functions of Excel. * Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. * Prefer Military experience. * Prefer Test and Evaluation experience. * Must have excellent oral and written communications skills. * Must have the capability to work as a team player * Ability to obtain/maintain the required level of security clearance; Secret clearance Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist Test Managers with test concept development, execution, analysis and reporting. * Develop test strategy using design of experiments and statistical analysis. * Analysis and interpretation of test results. * Hypothesis testing. * Write test plans and reports. * Travel to test sites and oversee data collection. * Additional projects and duties as assigned.
