Location: CHN-Guangzhou-Guangzhou
Responsible for leading the operation team of SC HBS in South China area and beyond. Lead Operation teams that design, installation, testing and commission the ELV (extra lower voltage) systems in large buildings, infrastructures, clear room, IC or electronic manufactures and other similar marketing, leading to improvements in the facility's quality, safety, efficiency .
Primary Responsibilities:
Directs operation team all phases of projects from inception through completion.
Responsible for the cost, schedule and performance of the team targets.
Setup the organization of the operation team suitable the requirement in different area covered by SC, HBS (such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, XiaMen, etc.)
May participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
Assign the engineer from operation team work with sales team to check the technical proposals, schedule of project, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
Follow major projects, reviews status of projects and budgets, cost, manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Coordinates the activities of the operation team to ensure delivery of the project within budget, on schedule and with high levels of customer satisfaction.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer needs.
Basic Qualifications:
B.S. Degree
Over 5 years experience in the ELV, Building or Automation and Controls Industry
Experience of lead team which more than 8~10 people and more than 2 years
Knowing clear finance data, project management, cost control, resource management
Building and keep good relationship with customer
Good English skill (Have or over 6 class)
Preferred Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in Engineering
5 years of project managing $1M to $10M ELV or similar projects
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead teams of ELV engineers
Track record of successfully managing remote teams
Honeywell EBI and BA systems experience a plus
Excellent knowledge about HAVC, automation, Fire alarm, Security system
Experience on multiple E&I and construction projects in the $1M to $5M range
Experience of working in Foreign enterprise or company, have experience about management, approval process which similar with Honeywell
Proficiency in personal computer desktop applications including MS office, Project manager, AutoCAD by Autodesk,
Experience with project scheduling tools and experience using earned value progress tracking systems
Proven client scope and contract negotiations experience
Track record of business and industry success
Class 2 PM certification or plus
Ability to meet the safety/security certification requirements to work in the Building ELV project.
