Job Description : Plan, lead, support and implement large capital, value engineering and new product development projects from an operational aspect utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, Six Sigma and Lean tools.
Essential Job Functions: · Utilize Six Sigma and Lean to integrate new products into the operation · Coordinate activities and project deliverables · Develop and drive project schedules · Assemble, facilitate and participate in cross functional teams. · Clear obstacles and drive decisions · Identify critical dependencies and risks; develop risk mitigation plans
