You must have Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience
FLC experience with Oracle EBS - Financials
This Individual will focus on the Oracle Core Financial Modular Suite -- OR -- Oracle Property Manager Modular Suite.
Knowledge Preferred:
Considerable knowledge of Oracle EBS based solutions. Considerable experience consulting, designing, implementing and contributing as a functional team member.
Considerable consulting knowledge and experience assisting clients in the implementation and support of Oracle based solutions and improving business processes
Considerable knowledge and exposure to the common issues facing clients who provide products and services within one or more of the following sectors aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer and retail, energy, industrial products, technology or utilities. Participate in proposal development efforts.
Skills Preferred:
Considerable experience and broad subject matter expertise with Oracle applications assisting with technical efforts including development, designing, implementing and supporting business processes in an Oracle environment.
Considerable experience in designing, building, testing and deploying Oracle technical solutions. Areas of specialty include RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) design and development or Oracle Applications DBA.
Demonstrated experience identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
Demonstrated experience as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree required.
