Title: Oracle UPK Training Developer Location: Raleigh, NC and/or Atlanta, GA Type: 12+ Month Contract Industry: Healthcare Kelly IT Resources is searching for an Oracle UPK Training Developer for a 12+ month contract opportunity. The qualified candidate can work either in Raleigh, NC or Atlanta GA. This individual will serve multiple roles throughout the project life cycle, interacting with and working closely with other members of a project team to prepare system test scripts, business process documentation, and UPK training and reference materials for multiple scheduled releases of , Clarity, Oracle R12, and potentially other applications within the program portfolio.'
Client facing and close interaction with the client Subject Matter Experts as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong, hands-on background in Oracle UPK and will be well versed in defining the end goal of instruction learning needs and systematic development of instructionally sound training materials that incorporate business process and policy.
The developer will be responsible for the development of UPK training materials including Collaborating with SMEs and leads on business process and policy content for training materials.
Creating detailed Business Process Documents to support training materials.
Creating and adhering to detailed training development schedules for all assigned topics
Identifying and validating training topics (courses).
Creating UPK training materials based on established standards
Editing and finalizing UPK training materials based on peer and SME revies.
Develop content for program curricula deliverables.
Course Outlines; Courseware Presentations; Business process flows; End User Procedures in UPK Business scenario-based exercises; Exercise data simulations in UPK; Skills assessments and job aides (e.g., Quick Reference Cards, Job Aids, etc.).
Conduct Peer Reviews of all materials.
Meet with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather learning objectives and overall understanding.
Review training curriculum/content with SMEs and obtain sign-off.
Report weekly on project status and issues to project management.
Facilitate material review session with SMEs
Prepare trainers to deliver program content via Train-the-Trainer as required
