Job Description
Responsible for practical understanding of the required system(s) as well as providing technical support as needed. Assist lead technician(s) and engineer(s) as needed. Activities may include but are not limited to: building and setting up equipment, preparing and conducting experiments, collecting data, designing and drafting equipment, inspecting products, and hazardous waste management. Activities are not limited to and may include: Assemble & Disassemble gun and missile components in accordance with Federal regulations; Prepare Propellant and Assemble Projectiles and Prepare explosive charges; handle, assemble and load live and inert ammunition; transport ammunition in motor vehicles and river barge.
Qualifications
Education: High School, Technical School, Apprentices
Experience Substitute for Education: 2 years
