Siemens Healthcare Managed Services has an immediate opening for a seasoned Systems Analyst with Radiology and PACS applications experience to work onsite at one of our customer locations in Charleston, WV. This position provides day to day support and installation support for applications being used/installed in a hospital environment. The person needs to have the ability to work in a team environment and strong leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities . Coordinate with Radiology and Cardiology user liaisons to assess departmental needs and objectives. . Review changes and upcoming developments in software applications. . Communicate software problems and issues to software development and support teams. . Create documentation for supported systems and enhancements. . Design, tests and modify complex systems, modules and/or approaches and required enhancements. . Performs complex coding, reviewing, preparing test data, testing and debugging and implementation of systems. . Performs complex analysis and troubleshooting for various Cardiology clinical applications. . Assist in Project Management for system enhancements and implementations.
Position Requirements: . Experience with Radiology and Cardiology systems is preferred. . Bachelors degree required preferred concentration in computer science, information systems, or direct work experience equivalent. . Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional and presentation skills. . Highly self motivated and directed. . Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. . Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. . Very strong customer service orientation. . Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. . Experience with MS Office Suites, Access and database structures - SQL experiences a plus. . Experience with Siemens applications (Invision, Soarian, HIM) a plus.
