Overview :
The PC Specialist position tracks and insures the resolution of issues presented by MCCS users for client server applications.

Key Accountabilities :
First level support for MCCS associates and managers
Interfaces with MCCS customers via phone and email
Partners with MST Credit resources at MST Mason and MST Lorain to identify, research, test and resolve issues with Macy's customer accounts and Macy's Credit Mainframe functionality
Partners with other MST Mainframe assets as needed (POS, RPS, RDS, FIL) to identify, research, test, and resolve issues with Macy's customer accounts, orders, and functionality
Partners with local MST Mason programmers to identify, research, test, and resolve issues with locally created and maintained applications (ICM, AIMS, MSL)
Works with the local LAN Groups and MST Network operations to troubleshoot local and global network issues affecting MCCS operations
Assists in Inventory Management for MCCS Hardware and Software ordering
Utilizes reporting to identify illegal software installations to ensure proper programs are loaded and operational on MCCS PCs
