Job Summary: TriQuint is looking for an experienced PC Technician for the Florida division. The right candidate is a self starter with a passion for technology. Also required is a strong commitment to customer service, good teamwork and the ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments. The right candidate must be capable of troubleshooting and repairing problems on Windows and MAC based computers (both hardware and software). Must have basic knowledge of networking and be able to determine if a problem lies on the PC or the network side. A+ certification is a plus.
Job Qualifications:
* PC Hardware * Repair/upgrade * Troubleshoot printers and printing problems * Specialized card setup * PC Software (install, troubleshoot and repair) * MS Office * MS Windows * Ghost * AV Software * VPN Software * Network * AD Group policy * Basic knowledge of networks (esp. TCP/IP) * Basic network troubleshooting (ping, tracert, etc) * Ethernet cable install, crimping, punch down * Create MSI file for network installsThis position is Temporary and will last six months.
