If you are a highly motivated individual who is looking for work in a fast paced, on site field service position and share our vision of providing industry-leading technical services, consider joining our team as an independent contractor. Brief Job Description: The Certified Engineer would be expected to do little to no diagnostics; just swapping parts. A successful candidate should have good customer service skills, technical expertise, working cell phone and reliable transportation. Must possess basic knowledge of personal and laptops computer and/or peripheral device repair, such as Dell, Sony and IBM Desktops and laptops. Our Independent contractors are based out of their homes, pick up parts from a local depot and go directly to customer sites to run the service call. You will work with a remote dispatch manager to accomplish the necessary service level required by our clients and customers. Contractors are encouraged to take responsibility for their own careers. You'll be working with an award-winning team with an impressive track record.
