PeopleSoft Analyst / Developer
Our client, located in New York City, seeks a PeopleSoft Analyst/Developer. The PeopleSoft Analyst/Developer reports to Internet Ad Sales System Manager and works in conjunction with the PeopleSoft Technical Support team on the ongoing support, maintenance, and evolution of the underlying PeopleSoft CRM/FI system and its integration. The development involvement includes customization and creation of technical specifications, PeopleSoft reports, application objects, workflow, app messaging, and queries while adhering to industry and company development standards. The Technical involvement includes assisting with Tools and Application upgrades, installation/application of PS patches, fixes, bundles, production troubleshooting and issue resolution as an application development resource. The Business Analysis involvement includes analysis of practices and processes; partnering with users to develop clear and meaningful functional specifications for system enhancements; application/functional troubleshooting; training; and application configuration/ ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of PeopleSoft development with a Bachelors' degree in related filed or demonstration of commensurate experience. He/she will have experience with the following tools and technologies: Application Designer, process scheduler, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, PS Query, Crystal Reports, SQL+ or similar DB access tools, and preferred candidates will have worked with Oracle 10.g or higher and PeopleTools 8.49 or higher.
