Responsibilities
- Serve as our employee PeopleSoft ELM expert.
- Lead the business, technical, and vendor teams in how to most effectively utilize the PeopleSoft ELM product.
- Ensure an effective PeopleSoft ELM delivery and support process and organization.
- Design eLearning solutions for corporate and advisor field learners leveraging the PeopleSoft ELM product
- Leverage PeopleSoft ELM to its fullest extent to meet current and future business goals
- Lead vendor technical partners and business staff as required to implement effective eLearning solutions
- Lead root cause analysis on all production incidents, and design solutions to minimize future incidents.
- Ensure infrastructure is performing optimally, including:

* Actively participating in key system monitoring review sessions.
* Identify proactive opportunities to improve performance and avoid performance impacts.
* Review application and database configuration to ensure optimal performance.
* Identify and recommend capacity driven changes and cost-reduction opportunities.
* Mentor peers and vendors on PeopleSoft ELM functional & technical skills.
* Lead gap analysis to determine differentials between existing capabilities, business needs, and future capabilities of new products or version upgrades.
* Translate business and functional design requirements into technical design documents
* Identify and recommend alternatives that address business requirements and standard system functionality.
* Grow and maintain PeopleSoft product expertise through local user groups, product training, and vendor forums.
* Serve as PeopleSoft ELM SME contact into other organizations including Architecture, Info Security, Data Management and interfacing applications.

Required Qualifications

* 4 - 6 years experience with PeopleSoft ELM configuration, development, and support.
* Demonstrated experience working with eLearning course configuration and SCORM integration w/ PeopleSoft.
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to lead solution design in team with onshore and offshore team members.
* Demonstrated ability to quickly become the functional or technical expert in an area.
* Experience with PeopleSoft platform migrations or rehosts.
* Experience managing third-party hosted system operations and implementations.
* Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues within business applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with PeopleSoft v9.1 or greater.
* Experience with Oracle 11g cluster configuration.
* Experience with virtual environment infrastructure.
