Title: PeopleSoft HCM Project Lead Location: INDIA-NOIDA · To take full technical responsibility of system/platform by ensuring end-to-end ownership of all technical aspects, including monitoring output of others, implementing best development practices, providing inputs to the project plans, understanding business domain and proactively improving system scalability, robustness, performance and flexibility. · To ensure delivered software is maintainable and supportable, and is coded with attention to robustness, performance, stability, scalability and testability. · To contribute effectively to projects by preparing and getting agreements on "designs and architecture and leading code reviews and hands-on software development. · Ability to analyse various quality dimensions including performance, reliability and resilience, and design and implement meetings to meet them. · To ensure decisions related to own area of responsibility are taken promptly and effectively while displaying a mature understanding of commercial awareness. · To enhance the technical capability of the team by providing mentoring, coaching and training of individuals. To hire technically talented and capable individuals by ensuring thorough interview processes and interviews. · To provide technical leadership of a Peoplesoft system by taking end-to-end ownership of all technical aspects, including monitoring output of others, implementing best development practices, inputing to project plans, understanding business domain and proactively improving system scalability, robustness, performance and flexibility · To contribute effectively to projects by preparing and getting agreement on designs and architecture, leading code reviews and taking part in software development. · To enhance the technical capability of the team by providing mentoring and coaching of individuals. · Provides time and size estimates for project deliverables · Provides accurate status on deliverables and risk throughout the project · Champions best practices for software development · Reviews team deliverables to ensure that quality goals are met · Performs hands-on software development tasks, such as feature development, bug fixing, unit testing and writing automated functional tests · Should be B.E./h/MCA/MBA Minimum experience of 7 years in a development role and at least 2 year in the similar role of Technical Lead. · Experience leading software projects and providing estimates · Strong hands-on Peoplesoft development skills and must have technical working knowledge of Peoplesoft HRMS/Global Payroll/Absence management/Time and Labor version v8.x/v9.x · Experience on PeopleSoft HRMS/Global Payroll table structure, People Tools, Peoplecode, SQR, Application Engine and component interface is a must.
