Our Corporate Information Technology (CIT) Group is currently seeking a PeopleSoft Security Administrator. This position is a full-time permanent role located in Columbus, Ohio. Responsibilities of this position include:
· Security administration and user access support in a complex PeopleSoft environment including Financials/SCM, CRM, HCM, and Portal
· Design of automated solutions for common security tasks, security enhancements, reporting, and monitoring
· Design, development and implementation of application information security architecture in a large enterprise environment
· Develop, implement, monitor and enhance data security policies, procedures and standards
· Support information security audits from an application data access perspective and perform risk assessment including risk identification, risk mitigation, and documentation
· Work with data owners, IT staff, compliance and legal to classify all data and maintain appropriate access restrictions
· Participate in the development and testing of the organization's disaster recovery plan to ensure data and information security practices are maintained
THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems or equivalent
· 3 TO 5 years of applications security experience in one or more of the following PeopleSoft Suites: FSCM 9.0, HCM 8.9, HCM 9.1, CRM 9.0 or Portal 9.1
· Proficient with PeopleSoft Application Designer
· At least 2 plus years of experience implementing and supporting a majority of:
o User profiles
o Roles
o Permission lists
o Row level security
o Processes run to activate row level security
o PeopleTools security
o Process level security
o Query security
o Projects security
o Dynamic security
o Structure and content
o Department trees
o CRM dataset security
o HRMS security join tables
· SQL/DMS scripting
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong customer service orientation
· Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance
THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
· Formal training in the primary PeopleSoft development toolset: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine
· Proficient with Quest STAT for migrations
