PeopleSoft Training Developer (11)

Responsibilities:

•        Designing, developing and deploying training and performance support materials

• Creating detailed storyboards to use as a blueprint for building out the course content


• Developing business process training content that is client focused and job relevant


• Creating online simulations using the PeopleSoft User Productivity Kit (UPK) development tool

Key Activities:

•        Analyze training needs and design training and performance support deliverables

•        Build and test the training content according to project team standards, using the project tool set

•        Built and test performance support products for ease of use by the user community

•        Engage the project Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the training and performance support materials quality review sessions

•        Pilot the training and work with the Business Readiness Lead to evaluate the results

•        Participate in Train-the-Trainer sessions

•        Evaluate the effectiveness of training and education, and recommend improvements

Skills and Knowledge:

•        Training Design and Development experience desired

•        Knowledge on using PeopleSoft UPK to develop training and performance support materials desired

•        Experience with PeopleSoft Training desired

•        Experience with PeopleSoft Financials desired

•        Financials or Accounting background desired

•        Must have excellent oral and written communications skills

•        Must have strong presentation skills

•        Must have the ability to take direction and work in a team environment

•        Must have a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a high performing team
