Operations & Logistics Department
Your Responsibilities: To secure continuity of S&OP Process in all countries in its Region of responsibility; To standardize S&OP Processes in all countries of each Region in alignment with Latam S&OP procedures; To implement and maintain standard KPI's aligned with Latam S&OP definitions with corresponding root causes and actions / data analysis, documenting / presenting conclusions from analysis and recommendations for Supply Chain improvements; To drive Regional S&OP Executive Meetings, securing participation of stakeholders and according to the Latam S&OP Agenda; To secure continuity and quality of GMR report (Sales demand, inventories, order planning); To secure optimal alignment between Forecast Supply Plan ETD and Purchase Orders of each country/region; To negotiate delivery allocation with main factories and GBUs whenever required for its own Region; To drive actions towards targets of Inventory, Service Levels and Deliveries.
Your Profile: -Graduate in Administration / Foreign Trade / Engineering; -English and Portuguese (Fluent) and good Spanish; -Solid experience in Demand and Material Planning; -Advanced Excel is mandatory; -APO knowledge is desirable.
