PO10 - SAP Project Lead
SAP /OCM Project Lead While this is a leadership role, manager expects very hands on work; preparing content for all tracks of the OCM work that team delivers, not just managing others to do the work. Emphasis on SAP ECCM. Enterprise Change and Content Management solutions ideally implementing SAP s solution globally, and in a pharma if at all possible.
7+ years experience managing communications, organizational change/transition/readiness, stakeholder alignment/management, and training for global SAP systems implementations.
Experience building/leveraging a super user network required. SAP experience required, specifically in the Purchase to Pay business process area indirect and direct purchasing , Sales/Distribution module, and a firm understanding of how Sales BOM and Material Master works.
Manufacturing experience a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead and partner with the client organization, system integrators, contracted staff, and/or offshore partners, as required. MS Office 2007 PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS Project capability required.
Experience with RWD uPerform / InfoPak required. Travel is 0 - 20 of the time. Spanish fluency a plus but not required. One candidate will focus on OTC related areas of the solution. The second candidate requires knowledge of primarily OTC, but experience in supply chain and material master also.
