Position requires hands on experience repairing POS equipment and printers, with high end color printer repair a plus. You will document, maintain, upgrade and replace hardware and software systems. Regarding user account information, you will administer rights, security and systems groups. You will possibly train employees, and identify and repair product failures, ordering parts as needed. You will then determine and recommend which products or services best fit the customers needs. This position requires good judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of complicated tasks, leading and directing the work of others.
