This schedule for this full time position is: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.
Will be working in Tacoma until October, then in Seattle thereafter. Professional environment.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Manipulate digital files and images * Manage image control and print output specifications using Acrobat Adobe products including Photoshop, Professional 8.0 along with Quite Imposing Plus 2.0 or similar * Provide quality print production of all materials submitted by customer high speed printers * Follow e-commerce job instructions * Schedule individual jobs and determine which equipment should be used based on size and complexity. * Maintain established service level agreements in completing assigned orders. * Troubleshoot jams and perform minimal key operator preventative maintenance on machines * Monitor usage of materials and supplies and order as necessary to maintain effective levels. * Maintain records and logs of equipment usage and recommend technical direction. * Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment. * Adhere to all safety procedures This is a short-term position with the Company for a maximum of two years. * Minimum of 1 year customer service related experience * Minimum of 1 year recent experience in print operations * Experience using Xerox 6060, Konica 6501 or similar a plus * Recent file preparation experience * Knowledge of graphic design software applications such as Adobe Professional, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar. Along with Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and company personnel * Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to work in a fast paced environment and as part of a team * Ability to meet employer's attendance policy * Problem solving skills and ability to make sound and logical decisions * Strong planning, prioritization, organizational and follow up skill * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or maximum allowed by state law, with or without accommodations * Significant standing and walking for long periods of time, with or without accommodations
