Reporting to the Regional Sales Director you will be in charge of give technical support during the sales process.
Specialy focus on support Account Sales Manager in potential deals in wich Nuance has a direct touch approach with the potential end users in order to generated / accelerate the sales opportunities.
Build ongoing close relationships at all levels of Product Management , Product Development and Support within partner
* Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to define the country priorities * Investigate and liaise with Account Manager on additional opportunities within partner product range * Technical evaluation of potential new partners * Technical support to Nuance Sales Account Manager during the sales process, specialy with the potential end users as part of direct touch activities * Technical support to partners during the sales process (installation of test site; customers demo…….) * Organize Partner visits, trainings and workshops. Support partners at trade shows * Train the partner technical people and Inform partner about technical news * Main contact person during the integration process and support the Nuance Professional Service people during the integration. Ensure shortest time to market for all integrations / development. * Work with partner to co-ordinate product roadmaps in cooperation with our product managers Qualifications:
* English Speaking * IT knowledge * Communication and teaching skills * Customer oriented * Speech recognition knowledge * Experience in the Healthcare IT maket * Technical education of superior level in Computers, Telecommunications, Engineer or similar.
