Principal Analyst - Administrative/LogisticsOverview: Capstones Military Civil Operations division is currently seeking a motivated and talented individual who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience as Principal Analyst - Administrative/Logistics at our client site in Fort Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities: * Provide administrative, planning, and logistic support to the Foundry Team * Participate in briefings, meetings, working groups, conferences, site visits, and maintain status of current and future programs or projects, and participate in off-site coordination. Provide support to Meetings (to include scheduling, development of agendas and/or briefing charts, meeting minutes and Staff Notes). * Plan, schedule and submit work orders for Video Telephone Conferences. Develop agendas and/or briefing charts, meeting minutes, and Staff Notes. * Plan, schedule, coordinate Support Technical Site Survey/Installation Team visits. Development of trip report and other reports as required. * Develop and maintain support of unclassified, secret, and top secret web pages (web portals), and databases (MITTs) * Assist in the preparation, tracking and reporting of DA Civilian hiring actions and Engineering Change Proposals for the Foundry Program and sites. Status will be maintained on EXCEL spreadsheet and as required imported into Power Point slide presentations. * Manage the development and implementation of an automated intelligence training scheduling system to enhance leader visibility of unit readiness, in coordination with the Intelligence Center of Excellence. * Support resource initiatives for all budget phases (planning, programming, budgeting, and execution). * Develop, update, and maintain Foundry Program POC list, email address groups, and contact details.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications: * Active TS/SCI * MS Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Staff and MACOM major subordinate element communication and actions * Multidiscipline Intelligence and Intelligence Dissemination Architecture * Project planning and tracking using MS Project * MS SharePoint * PPBE Process * Knowledge of Microsoft application programs, specifically MS Excel. * Bachelor?s degree required. Military and/or relevant work experience may be substituted for degree requirements. * Must be highly qualified with 1-3 years of relevant/employable experience or 3-6 years of military experience.
