Roles & Responsibilities: ? Formulating, developing, vetting, and documenting policies, program management processes, program management plans, and integrated master schedules on a large scale and multi-year government program ? Institutionalizing approved processes throughout the program staff by preparing training materials and conducting process training ? Providing consulting services which include: creating strategies and action plans, supporting group facilitation exercises, identifying strategies for automating and implementing efficient work management processes, mapping complex business processes, and communicating processes solutions to the Gov't and GDIT staff ? Participating in program management working sessions, and supporting program managers in executing day to day project management activities ? Using and maintaining Project Management software for the capture and management of all aspects of work related to the Program Management Office ? Aiding in the development of progress and status reports, performance monitoring, management dashboards, etc. ? Coordinating and planning meetings, including documenting meeting discussions and action items ? Coordinating information flow, action plans, and communication among members of the Management Team.
Required Skills: ?Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience. ?8-10 years of related finance or business analysis experience. Ability to receive Secret level clearance or above is required. ?Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Outstanding time management and organization skills required. ?Master's Degree Preferred. ?Experience in Personnel Security Preferred. ?Experience with SQL Preferred. ?Experience with the Department of Homeland Security Preferred.
