Job Description
Sr. Process Engineer 1. Process team management to achieve internal & customer goals 2. Lead new product introduction/transfer 3. Supervise BOM & ECO implement 4. Process improvement and trouble shooting to achieve on time delivery, quality and economic targets 5. Design and develop SMT & Assembly tooling and fixtures (Stencil, wave pallet, pressfit, ture) 6. Manage the process documents and technical documents, such as manufacturing equipment, process standard specificationk, work instruction. 7. Technician & operator training and certification
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree, major in Mechanical/Electric engineering 2. At least 4 years experience in SMT and Electronic product assembly manufacturing 3. Familiar with CAM, Valor, AutoCAD softwares 4. Lean Manufacturing Acknowledge is a plus 5. Good written and verbal English
