The Healthcare Incubator is, together with the Lifestyle and Lighting&Cleantech Incubator, part of Philips Corporate Technologies.
Your other key areas of responsibility will be: .Keep track and align design changes in different fields (cartridge design, biological assay development, analyzer design,equipment design & manufacturing) .Responsible for aligning the process specification with the overall system performance requirements by initiate FMEA's, DOE's, Tolerance budget analysis, DfSS within the process development team .Identify gaps and critical technical issues in the process development and escalate to project manager production systems .Present and motivate process solutions to internal parties (QE, manufacturing, R&D leaders) .Interface with system architect, system integrator and technical leads in the R&D team .Participate in the product realization process including preparation of Design Review Meetings .Initiate corrective and preventive actions (in manufacturing and in the market) in case related to the process flow of the cartridge .Participate in the execution of the process verification & validation (according to the V-model)
Your Profile: You are suitable for this challenging role when you have a degree in Technology Engineering or related studies (e.g. Process Technology, Chemical Technology, and Biomedical Technology). In addition to that, you must bring 5 to 7 years experience in product & process development, preferably in disposables for In-Vitro Diagnostics or Medical Device industry. We expect you to be strong in reporting and documenting your findings. A structured way of working is essential in this environment.
Furthermore, to be successful in this role you must have: .A process-driven way of thinking and working .Experience with Product Creation and Quality Processes .A hands-on, self-employed mentality, in combination with strong analytical skills .Experience with working in a project structure .Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team: colleagues have backgrounds in physics, chemistry, electronics and fluidics. .Commitment to achieving goals .Have good communication and reporting skills in Dutch and English
