Procurement Cost Analyst 3\4
Prepare complex Priced Bill of Material estimates and Prime Termination proposals. Coordinate statement of work requirements with Engineering and Procurement organizations. Develop estimates from historical data and parametric models. Conduct risk analysis of material estimates. Coordinate with functional organizations to determine responsibilities, strategies, schedules and timelines. Prepare documentation and ensure documentation is in compliance with Boeing policies and procedures, government and regulatory agency requirements (i.e. Federal Acquisition Regulation, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation, Truth in Negotiations Act) and customer requirements. Support proposal from estimation through management reviews, audits and negotiations. Work under general direction of experienced material estimators.

Typical Education/Experience
Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 4 - Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
