Procurement Systems Analyst 2
The Shared Services Supplier Management System and Tools team is seeking a detail oriented, self-starter Procurement Analyst to support the Shared Services Procurement/Payables Network (SSPN) application.
Uses existing methods and tools to measure key performance indicators. Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources. Prepares reports on data to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan for cost, quality, delivery, efficiency and compliance. Interacts with supplier management and procurement personnel, functional organizations (e.g., Finance, Operations and Information Technology), suppliers and programs to support and communicate regarding specific initiatives, projects or procurement activities. Documents and participates in the implementation of processes and systems in support of company goals. Supports the development, management and reporting of compliance to internal and external requirements. Supports project teams in defining, designing, planning and deploying internal and external projects to achieve desired project outcomes on time and on budget. Coordinates, tracks and supports the development of training to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and corrective action. Mitigates risk and resolves problems related to programs, projects and procurement transactions involving lower levels of risk and complexity.
Working knowledge of the Oracle eBusiness Suite (SSPN) application and understanding of Supplier Management Procurement Processes is a plus.
Experience with the following languages or applications are also a plus: Adobe Dreamweaver, JAVA, HTML, XHTML, and CSS.

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
