JOB DESCRIPTION: Modelers will work as a part of a team to analyze, develop, test, and support Product Configurators used in the selling and manufacturing of configurable products using SAP?s Variant Configuration (SAP-VC) and Configit.
Modelers will be expected to : * Analyze existing Product Configurator tools and/or written requirements and develop similar functionality in SAP-VC. * Work with various Baldor and ABB Business Units to define and document product configurator requirements and then develop a SAP-VC/Configit solution that meets those requirements. * Troubleshoot and Support enhancement to existing SAP-VC Product Configurato
EDUCATION: Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or similar job experience
REQUIREMENTS:
* Self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously with little instruction * Strong attention to detail * Very Strong problem solving and analytical skills * Ability to create and understand technical requirements * Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) * Ability to logically organize information in Microsoft Access and Excel * Competent in Microsoft Windows and MS Office productivity software * Experience with programming language * 6 month experience with SAP-VC
