City / Ville Mississauga Province Ontario [ON] Country / Pays Canada [CA] Title / Titre Product Coordinator Job ID 11789 Position Overview / Vue d'ensemble du poste The Product Coordinator - Inside Sales role will be responsible for supporting the business requirements of the Inside Sales group by tracking and coordinating orders, managing project milestones, schedules, inventory and reports, and liaising with the client ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. The Project Coordinator will be required to work with multiple teams within the client, Metafore and Hartco to ensure a smooth delivery to the client. Responsibilities / Responsabilités .Work with the Inside Sales team and Client Manager to ensure all project and run-rate orders are fulfilled in order to meet customer's. Forecast product and ensure adequate inventory levels based on the forecasts of the clients. .Enter and manage orders to ensure all SLAs are met. . .Provide Open Order and Invoiced Order reporting to document achievement of SLAs to the client. .Work to ensure all invoicing for the month is complete and according to the client requirements. .Act an an internal point of contact for all product related activity within the account and liase with delivery as required. .Manage Ebuy site to ensure correct pricing and process orders as required.
Requirements / Exigences .Minimum 1-2 years industry experience. .Experience in project coordination an asset .Demonstrates excellent organizational skills .Excellent communication and presentation skills .Ability to develop relationships and work within teams and at all levels within an organization .Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills .Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products including MS Project, Excel, Sharepoint, etc. .Ability to work creatively to provide solutions to identified trends
