Prior experience within the imaging industry are strongly preferred. Production / Print industry experience is highly preferred
In this role, develop specific marketing plans and activities for product lines to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive areana.
In addition, you will develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace and oversee market research, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Assesses the needs of targeted segments within an assigned region by collecting market information from company customer and dealers.
Analyzes data and provides recommendations for the development of marketing and incentive plans to increase the sales of a particular product and/or product lines.
Develops competitive marketing and pricing strategies in order to provide concise information and coordinated recommendations to sales, pricing, contracting and marketing management on new and existing products.
Ensures that appropriate personnel are aware of market conditions, company position in the market, and comparative advantages of company versus competitive products.
Creates sales presentations for dealer channel, existing and potential customers in order to ensure proper communication of product features and specifications.
Relays market information in order to participate in the development of appropriate marketing strategies and programs and ensure the proper positioning of company products.
Coordinates the implementation and launch of marketing programs.
Conducts training for company sales and dealer personnel and provides the technological information and terminology required to communicate with the customers' management.
Participates in industry events, trade shows, demonstrates products and field questions from end users and dealers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
minimum of four to six years of related experience in a sales and/or marketing position supporting industry specific products.
Prior product marketing experience (Ideally B2B) and exposure to technology is a plus.
prior experience within the imaging industry are strongly preferred.
Production / Print industry experience is highly preferred
must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator is expected
