These UASs provide a no-runway launch, unprecedented stabilized day and night video for ISR, robotic flight control, and a no-nets capture.

Opportunity Details: Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
* Build, inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair various types of Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs) * Perform Quality inspection of all incoming modules and subsystems. * Complete and maintain accurate documentations for all manufactured products * Perform programming, functional testing, and certification of aircraft and avionics systems * Perform packaging and shipping preparation of all manufactured products. * Carry out minor repairs and modification to subcomponents and modules where necessary to ensure good appearance and functionality. * Maintain tool inventory and FOD control through good housekeeping and adherence to set tool control procedures. * Assist Engineers with design changes, system testing, data collection, and document preparation for continuous product improvement and development. * Perform first article inspections and be able to file request for product and process deviations. * Develop, write, review and edit technical work instructions, AS9100 Quality documentations and procedures to illustrate and standardize manufacturing system processes. * Complete and maintain currency with all organizational training requirements (Safety, ESD, AS9100, etc.). * Maintain compliance with AS9100 requirements during daily operations. * Maintain accurate time keeping using INSITU T&E system. Knowledge - Skills & Abilities Required:
* A minimum of four years experience working in aviation maintenance with a primary focus on avionics systems. * Demonstrated ability to work in a high-paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervision following safe working practices. * Demonstrated ability for testing systems, subsystems, components and modules following established test procedures. * Demonstrated ability for following work instructions, drawings and checklist in the assembly of systems and modules. * Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings. * Demonstrated ability to use hand tools and being able to perform work in small spaces. * Fluent in the use of Microsoft office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio. * Knowledge of AS9100 requirements. * Experience with and working knowledge of networking systems and use of DOS, with the ability to manipulate system IP addresses to connect various peripheral devices. * Experience with, and working knowledge of, the effects of Electrostatic energy (ESD) on electromechanical and electronics systems, and associated precautionary practices. * Ability to lift 50 lb loads repeatedly during a working day. * Associates degree in the Electronics or Mechanical arena preferred, or * High School diploma, GED or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of Military or AMP training with a primary focus in Avionics Systems maintenance and testing.
