Production Support System Analyst
Title: Production Support System Analyst Location: null Other Locations: null CIBER has an immediate need in its Philadelphia team for a Senior System Analyst to support the migration of applications from development work streams into operations teams. This long term effort will focus on accepting applications into operations teams and provide ongoing support to multiple critical applications. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and work closely with vendor, business users and technical support teams. Strong attention to detail is required with day to day activity in the area of problem solving, documentation, and solutions to support issues. This person will provide technical assistance supporting system requirements and document technical specifications supporting small system enhancements. Must have sound time management and prioritization skills along with an ability to escalate issues appropriately. Experience in supporting Funds Management applications is a plus.
