We currently produce and sell an ever growing fleet of Unmanned Aircraft Systems that are low-cost, long-endurance, and have low personnel requirements. These UASs provide a no-runway launch, unprecedented stabilized day and night video for ISR, robotic flight control, and a no-nets capture.
As we continue our rapid growth in the UAS/UAV market we are looking for experienced talent to help us achieve our goal of maintaining the agile and innovative problem-solving capabilities in all the products we offer.
* Assemble and test components, sub-assemblies, and main assemblies that pertain to GCS products. * Maintain test equipment, tools and GCS production areas. * Follow ESD control policies. * Work with others as part of a team which includes giving and receiving feedback, assisting others in completion of tasks; possess interpersonal, listening, and participation skills. * Complete tasks as assigned by the GCS tasking lead and other senior GCS staff. * Assemble and test product in accordance with INSITU’s controlled documentation. * Work with other departments for the resolution of issues affecting manufacturing and/or assembly. * Assist quality control in the final QA process of product. * Assist other departments in testing and assembly of GCS assemblies. * Assist in writing assembly and production policies and procedures. * Verify kitted detail parts, standards, and assemblies were issued correctly on manufacturing orders. Knowledge - Skills & Abilities Required:
* Use various types of hand tools and/or hand-held power tools. * High level of computer literacy in MS windows OS environment. * Experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and software. * Demonstrated experience with the manufacturing and assembly of mechanical devices and systems. * Demonstrated ability to test parts, components, subsystems, and systems to specified requirements. * Demonstrated ability to fabricate and design prototype parts with assistance from an engineering department using drawings and work instructions. * Demonstrated ability to work in both an R&D and production environments. * Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with technical and non-technical personnel.
