Job Description : Bosch Rexroth Corporation, Hoffman Estates, IL has an immediate open position for a Program Analyst Senior. Responsibilities include: Perform SAP BASIS administration tasks to the basic level, including Transport management, system monitoring, administration of SAP security and SAP Printing. Ensure SAP access of all named SAP users in the systems. Manage/consult on the architecture and design of the security model that is in place for the corporation to ensure that dual-review principle is used effectively. Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures according to C/ISP and C/AOP instructions. Documentation of the sites responsible people for data and the administrator's role allocation. Monitor the Security Audit Log and act proactively, conducting monthly security check (security parameters, critical system authorizations, inactive users, false logons). Maintain auditable documentation of the results of the security checks and in case of deviation, implement corrective measures. Create procedures to check if appropriate authorization is in place according to function of the customer within the organization. Follow all service level agreements established with end customers. Administer and maintain SAP built-in accounts, permissions, and access rights. Perform SAP server and security audits, implementing SAP Security Check-list. Job Requirements : Bachelors degree required, or equivalent work experience. Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially with Microsoft Excel. Four years handling SAP security-related tasks or 8 years if no Bachelors degree. High degree of business acumen and business organizational awareness. Excellent business writing skills essential. Ability to handle shifting priorities and multiple customers essential.
