Position Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages the creation and delivery of deliverables directly to customers, as well as providing leadership, assistance, and advice to customers. Responsible for the overall program planning including budget, structure, schedule, and planning staffing requirements with a major emphasis on client?s business needs. Manage customer requirements while ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes to deliver an integrated solution.
LEVEL OVERVIEW The Team Lead Level works on problems of moderate to complex scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments. The Team Lead Level exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Provides direction to immediate group of which they are a part. Work direction may include such duties as personnel administration of a general nature: time and record-keeping, work instructions, training of less-experienced employees, input to performance evaluations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Leading an Asset Management team of three us and two off-shore members responsible for inventory control, invoicing, PO entry, asset procurement, run rate, forecasting in McKinney TX - Interfacing with the client to report on asset management activity and related financial information - Holding regular meeting - Controlling inventory - Creating and maintaining processes and procedures to control the client inventory, IMACs and related activity - Manage client expectations around the asset management managed service
Leads programs specific to a particular industry or technology. ?Creates projects schedules utilizing planning and scheduling techniques focusing on costs, resources and duration of tasks assigned to programs. Responsible for plan integration at the application level. ?Leads and facilitates meetings and presentations as required. ?Understands business justification and program prioritization and provides alternative solutions to the customer and management. ?Monitors progress and quality of program ensuring that recommendations are sound. ?Provides input related to the program management to the program office. ?Implements program management practices that result in successful program delivery. ?Works with customer to determine desired outcomes and approaches. Responsive to customer inquires regarding program status, approaches, and technology issues.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor?s degree with technical or business emphasis and 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. Also requires an in-depth knowledge of company operations, good problem solving skills, organizational skills, and communication skills. Outsourcing experience a plus.
