Programmer Analyst 2

Provides assistance to design, program and execute test plans. Implements, documents and maintains routine computing applications and software. Assists in gathering and evaluating end user requirements. Writes and compiles routine code and constructs routine database objects based on documented design. Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality. Documents, validates and researches reported problems and assists in developing user training.

:
.NET Architect and Business Systems Programmer/Analyst with an expert knowledge of Visual Basic .NET and a background in Industrial Engineering and Scheduling business processes. The primary project to be worked on will be the Job Scheduling and Sequencing ToolKit (JSSTK in ESATS). The toolkit is used primarily by Industrial Engineers in scheduling work to be performed by mechanics and managing capacity & resources on the shop floor.

REQUIRED Job Skills & Qualifications
.NET architecture and design experience and/or skills.
Visual Basic .NET programming experience and/or skills.
Web design and programming experience and/or skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Visio shape programming.
The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Typical Education/Experience
Technical bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
