Under general direction, independently acts to integrate business-level processes and data within the enterprise and between key Business Unit applications and internal supported systems. Works with experts to link applications, both purchased and developed in-house, to better support business processes, reduce cycle times (or latencies), costs, and increase agility to respond quickly to new business challenges.

Primary Accountabilities:
Primary responsibility will be deployment automation and deployment issue resolution. Under general direction independently develops, maintains and extends deployment process and scripts for a high volume ecommerce site. They will act as an adviser to primary business unit and other business unit management on project infrastructure technology and status and will analyze, document, and understand the IT architecture, business process, and data that exist within the enterprise. They will also be responsible for determining which applications and data stores need to share information, the degree of integration necessary to optimize business processes and the correct architecture and enabling technology (e.g. middleware) to achieve the integration.
They should be able to make sound decisions on complex or ambiguous application integration issues and coordinate with users to determine requirements. They may be responsible for driving multiple project phases to completion and establishing and communicating a common goal and direction for a team. They may be responsible for training, mentoring, directing, and validating the work of less experienced/knowledgeable analysts. They must be able to monitor project schedules and costs; independently research and resolve technical problems of moderate to high complexity and serve as project manager or team lead on complex projects.
Skill Summary:
Candidates should have 5 years implementing systems within a complex secure network. Very strong analysis/troubleshooting skills, strong partnering/relationship building skills are required.
Candidates must be comfortable working in Production, QA, and Integration and Test environments.
5 years supporting a high trafficked eCommerce site (operations experience a strong plus)
5 years supporting industry standard web application servers (WebSphere, etc.) WebSphere Certification a strong plus
5 years UNIX experience (including AIX, Linux, Solaris),
5 years supporting industry standard web servers (IHS or Apache experience a plus)
5 years with a Build and Deployment tool such as AntHill Pro
Experience in Jython and shell scripting is required.
