Programmer Analyst
Our client is looking for an individual for a full time position who can support business clients through applications systems analysis and programming. Interacts with other members of team to improve both the skill level and the responsiveness of team. Ensures application quality by utilizing accepted processes including documenting changes, following development standards, maintaining communication with client and oversees that testing is conducted prior to release to production. Knowledge of good programming techniques, understanding of structure technologies and object oriented technologies at a level normally acquired through the completion of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or some other closely related degree. A minimum of 3 years experience as a systems analyst and programming experience in order to be able to understand the project planning process and have worked on project teams. On Base or similar imaging software systems experience needed. Basic knowledge of .net framework, C#.NET, , and SQL. Basic understanding of software architectures including client server and web applications. Ability to interface systems with middleware tools such as XML and or Webservices. Basic understanding of available software architectures. Must have a working knowledge of an end-to-end business solution using the Systems Development Life Cycle. Good communications skills in order to be able to interact with clients to understand needs and to design and deliver solutions. Ability to interact effectively with team members and peers in order to exchange information and develop appropriate strategies to solve problems and meet client needs. Very strong problem solving skills in order to be able to work with problems that are complex and often unique and uses strong technical knowledge to determine resolution strategies aligned to business needs.
