THE POSITION: This position is responsible for analysis, design, and implementation of applications to support business objectives in accordance with IT policy and guidelines. The Programmer Analyst will insure that all software/hardware/upgrade offerings are delivered according to IS policy and procedure, are of quality standards, and provide efficient utilization of system resources.
This is a hands on position where you will participate in analysis and programming activities. This includes providing support to other team members in analysis, programming, testing, and debugging techniques, maintaining effective communication with IT customers.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Associates Degree 2. Proficient in RPG and IBM iSeries (AS/400). 3. 2+ years of programming/analyst experience with a large or medium sized manufacturing company. 4. Practical problem solver with strong communication skills both oral and written. 5. Must be resourceful and responsive in an environment which requires maximum system performance, minimum down time, and a high degree of customer satisfaction and confidence. 6. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Nice-to have?s (tech certifications/professional affiliations) 1. Bachelor?s degree 2. Experience with MAPICS XA or other comparable ERP system. 3. Experience with cross platform integration, including CRM, Web, etc. 4. Experience with RF devices / applications 5. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and/or other distribution disciplines.
