Position Summary:
Participates in the development and maintenance of complex web, Windows forms and mobile applications. Participates in the evaluation, maintenance, and integration of vendor-supplied application software, and in the analysis of new technologies and automation capabilities. Prepares accurate development estimates based on specifications, develops test plans and system documentation, and participates in design reviews of systems and programs. Stays current with software development technology and industry developments, and applies innovative solutions to business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education including a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience in MS Windows and Web-based software development, including programming experience with Microsoft’s .NET technologies, including C#. Expertise with relational databases and SQL is required. Ability to adapt to new development tools, methodologies, and technologies quickly. Skill in oral, written and interpersonal communication. Must have a drive to succeed with a team, supporting others while working toward shared goals. Travel on a limited basis in performance of job.
