Job Description: SQL DBA/Developer will review current SQL database infrastructure and map out processes/integration points, database functions, stored procedures, etc. This will include optimizing and tuning the environment where improvements can be made. The current setup consists of 10-15 databases running versions SQL Server 2005 & SQL Server 2008. The current DBA has been consumed with reporting requests using Excel Spreadsheets and needs support to on the DBA uired Skills:- 3 to 5 years experience supporting SQL Databases in a production environment as a DBA and/or Developer- 1-2 years experience with database reporting technologies like SSRS, Cognos, Crystal Reports, Business Objects or any other related experience- The candidate must have experience with optimization and tuning- Strong data mapping skills are required- Strong verbal and written skills- The ability to work and interface with C level professionalsAdditional Job Info: Invoicing and shipping; CRM systems, Shoretel phone systems all use SQL Server. Reports are generated from these systems and DBA will pull data within real time information.
