Garnet Hill is seeking a short-term, project based contract developer skilled in Visual Basic and SQL server, to upgrade its in-house developed Merchandise Planning system. RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, code and test modifications to an existing database application. TECHNICAL SKILLS: .NET based language (C#, ) .NET 2005 Database: MS SQL 2005/2008 Experience using Visual Basic Language REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years development experience Ability to work independently and efficiently on several tasks simultaneously. Ability to provide user support with very little assistance. Ability to effectively work in a team environment. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Capable of completing work within assigned deadlines.
