Programmer/Sports Researcher
Searching for a computer programmer/sports researcher in its Los Angeles Research department. This position is available only in Los Angeles, California.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative and self-motivated. A degree in computer science, mathematics or other analytical field is mandatory. Required skills include knowledge or experience in Oracle and PL/SQL. A strong familiarity with professional/college sports and the ability to analyze sports statistics are also essential. Knowledge or experience in C, ASP, Visual Basic, HTML, and/or Java would be a bonus.

We are a leader in providing sports information to media (internet, television, wireless, print), teams, game companies, etc. Our customers include, among others, FoxSports, ESPN, Yahoo!, , CBS, The Associated Press, Electronic Arts, Sony and numerous professional teams. Our Research department provides game notes, graphics downloads and statistical analysis to Fox Sports in Los Angeles as well as other television clients.
